Dwayne Allen Hamilton, 45, passed away Aug. 2, 2019, at The HealthCenter in Kalispell.
He was born July 19, 1974, in Spokane and moved to Columbia Falls in 1980. He received his G.E.D. from Trapper Creek Job Corps.
Dwayne was a mechanic and worked for Pro Clean, Grease Monkey, Mann Log Homes, Big Mountain Toyota and others.
Dwayne married Daphne Ithurbide in November 2003 in Kalispell.
He loved camping, fishing, hunting and drawing and, later in life, working on cars, listening to music and being around family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad Gary Westphal, stepdad Tim Piland, grandparents Alfred and Donna Hamilton-Mast, uncle, Aaron Hamilton, and aunt, Bonnie Hamilton.
Dwayne is survived by his wife, Daphne A. Hamilton-Ithurbide; mother, Alfreda M. Hamilton-Piland; daughter, Kayla B. Hamilton; son Jaden L. Hamilton and stepson Skyler R. Ithurbide; siblings, Dale L. Westphal, Delane L. Leone, Cliff Piland and Heather Piland; nieces, Amber, Natasha, Samantha and Michelle; nephews, Karl, Ron, Jacob, Steven, C.J. and Charlie; and many great-nephews.
Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of Dwayne's life will be held on Sunday, September 15th, 2019 from 1 to 3 PM at The Coop, 830 1st Ave West, in Columbia Falls, Montana.
