Amy Quinn Obituary

Amy Quinn

1964 – 2026

We celebrate the life of Amy Quinn, whose creativity, kindness, and love for her community left a lasting mark on all who knew her. Amy passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 61.

Amy spent part of her childhood and teenage years in Southern California, where she developed a lifelong love for the beach and the ocean. She later returned to the Flathead Valley and graduated from Whitefish High School as a member of the Class of 1982.

Amy had a deep love for animals, art, and her community. A talented artist, she loved creating handmade pieces and sharing her work at local craft shows. She also found great joy in teaching drama to elementary school children, helping young performers build confidence while sharing her love of the stage.

Amy built a career in Talent Acquisition at Logan Health, where she found purpose in connecting with people. Her Logan Health team became like family, and she treasured the friendships, laughter, and unwavering support they shared over the years.

Amy was a familiar and beloved face at Whitefish Winter Carnival, where she proudly served as one of the Viking Divas, embracing one of Whitefish's most treasured traditions with humor, energy, and heart. She was also an active member of the Red Hat Society, where she formed lasting friendships and shared countless laughs. Whether volunteering, creating art, or simply visiting with neighbors, Amy had a gift for making people feel welcome.

Amy is survived by her loving parents, Jerry and Harriett; her brother, Bill; her children, Ashley, Mari, and Kolton; her son-in-law, Chris; and her beloved grandchildren, Jack, Billie, Chana, and Levi. She is also remembered by her former husbands, Rob, Jim, and Bruce, as well as many extended family members, lifelong friends, former students, coworkers, and members of the Whitefish community whose lives she touched.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the kindness, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time.

A celebration of Amy's life will be held at a future date. Details will be shared with family and friends once arrangements have been made.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Amy's honor to the North Valley Food Bank.

May her memory continue to inspire kindness, creativity, and community.
