Harold Broad, 85, passed away at home on March 10, 2026. He was very well known by many from working at Flathead School District for 37 years. He was the groundskeeper for all the schools. He loved working the football games and all the other field events. He also loved meeting friends and family at Sykes for coffee — then the bunch moved to Super 1.
He was a person who would help anyone, anytime. If you needed help and he was around, he would be there no matter the time. And if you needed a place to stay, he made room.
Summer was for planting flowers and getting wood and huckleberries. He loved the outdoors, his horses and huckleberry picking.
Harold is joining his parents, brother, two grandchildren and many other family members.
He is survived by numerous family and friends who will forever remember and miss him. You made a world of an impact on so many lives, creating a deep love for you. Thank you for that Dad — we all will try to live up to your name and the way you raised us.
