Stuart Mower Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Stuart "Stu" Mower, 63, announce his passing at his home on Sept. 16, 2024.

As a second generation Montanan, Stu was born in Kalispell and grew up in the Flathead Valley.

After high school, he joined the Navy and was stationed in Rhode Island where he met his wife.

They married and lived in Massachusetts until 1983 when they moved back to Kalispell with their children. 

Stu had a great passion for music, entrepreneurialism, strategy gaming with his friends, and adored his grandbabies and his dogs. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Sheryl of 44 years, his father Kimball, his sister Delilah and brother-in-law Carroll. 

He is survived by his mother Lois, siblings, Jennie (John), Deana, Kim (Becky), Harold (Yelena); children, Aaron (Micheale), Danielle (Patrick) and grandchildren, Taustin, Bradley, Nicholas, Matthew, and Annalyn. As well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. 

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. 

Memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, at New Life Center, 1400 Airport Rd. Kalispell, MT 59901.
